Terms of Service Agreement

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between App Distribution ("Service Provider," "we," "us," or "our") and the user ("User," "you," or "your"). By accessing or using our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement:

"Service" refers to the app distribution platform provided by App Distribution

"Build" refers to any iOS or Android application file uploaded to our platform

"Access Period" refers to the duration for which you have purchased access to our service

2. Service Description

The Service provides a platform for distributing iOS and Android application builds to designated testers and clients. The Service includes:

Secure hosting and distribution of application builds

Tester management system

Automated build expiry management

3. User Obligations

By using the Service, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information

Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including intellectual property laws

Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Payment Terms

4.1 The Service offers the following one-time purchase options:

Monthly Access: $10 USD for 30 days of service access

Yearly Access: $99 USD for 365 days of service access

Lifetime Access: $199 USD for perpetual access (limited to first 10 customers)

4.2 Access begins immediately upon successful payment processing. Each purchase is non-recurring; users must make a new purchase to continue service access after their current access period expires.

5. Service Limitations

The Service is subject to the following technical and operational limitations:

Maximum build size: 2GB per individual build upload

Build retention: All builds are automatically deleted after 7 days

Service availability: Subject to maintenance windows and technical updates

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 You retain all intellectual property rights to your applications and content uploaded to the Service.

6.2 You grant us a limited license to store, process, and distribute your applications solely for the purpose of providing the Service to your designated testers.

7. Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of this Agreement or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

7.2 Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately, and any remaining access period will be forfeited without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the Service

Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein

Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
