Payments & Refunds Policy

This Payment & Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions regarding payments, access periods, and refunds for App Distribution services. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.

1. Payment Terms

1.1 Service Access Options:

Monthly Access: $10 USD for 30 days of service access

Yearly Access: $99 USD for 365 days of service access

Lifetime Access: $199 USD for perpetual access (limited offer for first 10 customers)

1.2 Payment Processing:

All payments are processed securely through Stripe

We accept major credit and debit cards

Payment information is processed securely and is not stored on our servers

2. Access Period

2.1 Service access begins immediately upon successful payment processing.

2.2 All purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions. There are no automatic renewals.

2.3 To continue using the service after your access period expires, you must make a new purchase.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Refunds are available under the following conditions:

Request made within 7 days of purchase and no builds have been uploaded

Service unavailability exceeding 24 consecutive hours (prorated refund)

Verified billing errors or duplicate charges

4. Non-Refundable Cases

4.1 Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Lifetime access purchases

After builds have been uploaded and distributed

Unused portion of access period

Service termination due to policy violations

Include your account details and reason for the refund

Provide any relevant documentation or evidence

5.2 Processing Time:

We will respond to refund requests within 2 business days

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
